 CASUALTY CASE

Patient came to casualty with chief complaints of  loose stools and vomitings since 6 hours

Pain abdomen  since 6 hours

HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS 

Patient was  apparently normal 6 hours back then she developed loose stools 4 to 5 episodes 

Watery non foulsmelling,non mucoid,non bile stained associated with 1 episode of vomiting-watery non projectile, non bilious  with food particles as content 

Pain abdomen-squeezing type present  in all quadrants  of abdomen 

No C/O fever ,SOB ,burning micturition, chest pain, palpitation 

PAST HISTORY 

Not a K/C/O Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, TB, Bronchial Asthma,thyroid disorders

ON EXAMINATION 

Patient is conscious coherent and coperative 

No signs of Pallor, cyanosis clubbing lymphadenopathy Icterus 






BP -100/60 MM HG

PR -87 BPM

RR-16 CPM

SPO2 -100 % ON RA



TREATMENT 

1.INJ.ZOFER 4MG IV STAT

2.INJ PAN 40 MG IV STAT

3.IVF 1 PINT NS @100 ML PER HOUR

TAB PAN 40 MG PO/OD × 5DAYS

TAB ZOFER 4MG PO/BD ×5 DAYS

TAB SPOROLAC PO/TID×5DATS

PLENTY OF ORAL FLUIDS
